Following a strong year so far, St James’ Square Law Firm are pleased to announce further expansion within the business by the appointment of two trainee solicitors.
Ryan Butler first joined the firm as a paralegal after previously working at a number of law firms around the country, gaining a vast amount of experience in legal matters. He has since been promoted to a trainee solicitor within the Employment and HR department, where his duties include assisting the key members of the team on a wide range of employment matters including disputes relating to employment contracts, unfair dismissal claims, grievance and disciplinary matters and settlement agreements.
Ryan commented: “I am delighted to have been offered the opportunity to complete my training contract with such a forward thinking and fast-growing firm. I would like to thank everyone at the firm for the support, encouragement, and opportunities they have provided during my short time here. I am looking forward to seeing what the future will hold.”
The team at St James’ Square Law Firm are also delighted to welcome Max Pamler, who has joined the firm as a trainee solicitor within the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency department. Having previously worked at a number of North East law firms, Max has experience in both personal and corporate insolvency-related matters. Max will be assisting key members of the department on a wide range of matters including advice on complex insolvency matters, administrations, winding up petitions, and bankruptcy petitions.
Max commented: “I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to join such a fast growing and inclusive law firm. I know my training and development is a top priority at St James’ Square and I am very excited for the future.”
The firm has made rapid progress over the last 12 months; growing in size, ambition and the scale of clients we support - despite the impact and uncertainty of Covid-19. We can’t wait to see the progress both Ryan and Max make in their new roles and look forward to working with them for many more years to come.
