Ryan is a trainee solicitor within the Employment and HR department. He has previously worked at a number of law firms around the country and has a vast amount of experience in legal matters.
Ryan assists the key members of the Employment and HR department on a wide range of employment matters including disputes relating to employment contracts, unfair dismissal claims, grievance and disciplinary matters and settlement agreements.
Ryan also assists the department on the following matters:
- Assisting employers in relation to dismissal
- Advice relating to staff handbooks and office manuals
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
- Negotiating termination packages
